Initial Session $170.00 per 50 minutes session; Follow-up per 50 minutes session 155.00; 80-90 minute session $195.00; Returned check fee: $40.00. Phone calls, letters, summaries, reports and other non-session related items provided by a clinician are billed in 15 minute increments.
